Frequently Asked Questions

  • 1. What happens during the first appointment?

Your first visit is mostly a conversation. The physio will ask about your symptoms, medical history, and daily habits. After that, they will do a physical assessment — this may include checking your posture, breathing, and in some cases an internal exam to feel how your pelvic muscles are working. You will always be asked for your consent before anything like that happens, and you can say no at any point.
